The command section for the German Fallschirmjäger Platoon consisting of a junior officer, a senior N.C.O., a trooper with an StG 44 Assault Rifle, a flame thrower and a sniper team.
Famed for their toughness and resilience, they were the paratrooper branch of the German armed forces in World War Two. They rarely made combat jumps but were often used as elite troops.
